Meeting Rooms at Medina Library

Medina Library Community Room

Seating: 140 theater or 75 classroom. The room can be divided in half and seating capacity on each side will be somewhat less than half.

Amenities: Tables and chairs, kitchen with sink and refrigerator phone, projection unit and screen, DVD and VCR, wireless Internet access, wireless handheld or lapel microphone, wireless listening devices for the hearing impaired, lectern. VGA cable available to connect your laptop to projection unit. (Apple laptop users need to bring a VGA converter.)

Availability: Meetings must begin during library hours. A separate exit allows meetings to continue after library hours.

Seating: 16

Amenities: 6 tables and chairs, phone, wireless Internet access

Availability: During library hours

Medina Library Third Floor
Conference Room (Medina Room)

Seating: 12 at the table plus 20 audience

Amenities: Table and chairs, sink, phone, wireless Internet access, plasma TV, VHS/DVD player, cable TV access. VGA cable available to connect your laptop to plasma screen. (Apple laptop users need to bring a VGA converter.)

Availability: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
